With a fruity aroma, although well balanced with the notes of chocolate given by the barrel, these red wines have a long and persistent finish, which pairs perfectly with more robust and tasty dishes, such as grilled and roasted red meat, lamb, and hard cheeses.
Winemaker Notes
Both in white and red wines, we had the objective of transmitting all the quality of the region. In this way, we allow the wine to maintain all its natural rusticity and richness, making the most of its natural properties, enhancing its color, aroma, volume, acidity and freshness. The result was this Douro Reserva.
