Tasting Notes
Food Pairing Notes
With a fruity aroma, although well balanced with the notes of chocolate given by the barrel, these red wines have a long and persistent finish, which pairs perfectly with more robust and tasty dishes, such as grilled and roasted red meat, lamb, and hard cheeses.
Winemaker Notes
This first production of white and red wines, was born from a careful selection of grape varieties from the Douro region that best express the characteristic of this area of the Douro Valley. They are wines sculpted by feeling, the materialization of a dream, full of energy, inspired by the classics, but marked by their own personality.
